CANCELLATION POLICY

 

SPACE AVAILABLE SURF (Surf sessions booked online directly by a guest)
All Space Available Surf reservations shall be offered Waco Surf Trip Protection and all sales are final. Refunds and Resort Credits are subject to the following rules:

1. Full Resort Credits (less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees) will be provided for any booking covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection if the booking is canceled a minimum of 7 days prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation.
2. Any booking that is covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled less than 7 days prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation shall receive no refund or Resort Credits.
3. Any booking not covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled shall receive no refund or Resort Credits.

*Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to start time will not be eligible for refunds or Resort Credits.

PRIVATE SURF (booked through our private sales team) &  STAY AND SURF (booked through our Stay and Surf team)

Any reservations totaling less than 8 hours of private surf require full payment at the time of booking.

Reservations for 8 hours of private surf or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking (if more than 30 days in the future) and full payment 30 days prior to your arrival date.
All sales shall be offered Waco Surf Trip Protection and all sales are final. Refunds and Resort Credits are subject to the following rules:

1. Full refunds (less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees) will be provided for any booking covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection if the booking is canceled a minimum of 7 days prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation.
2. Any booking that is covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation shall receive a Standard Resort Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation, less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees.
3. Any booking not covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled at least 30 days prior to the first surf session associated with the booking shall receive a Standard Resort Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation less processing fees.
4. Any booking not covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled within 30 days of the first surf associated with the booking shall receive no refund or Resort Credits.

WATER PARK
Any Water Park reservation requires full payment at the time of booking.

All Water Park sales shall be offered Waco Surf Trip Protection and all sales are final. Refunds and Resort Credits are subject to the following rules:

1. Full refunds (less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees) will be provided for any booking covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection if the booking is canceled a minimum of 24 hours prior to your visit.
   1. *Waco Surf must be notified via email at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date.
2. Any booking not covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled shall receive no refund or Resort Credits.

ACCOMMODATIONS (booked online directly by a guest)
All Accommodation reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

All Accommodations sales shall be offered Waco Surf Trip Protection and all sales are final. Refunds and Resort Credits are subject to the following rules:

1. Full refunds (less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees) will be provided for any booking covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection if the booking is canceled a minimum of 7 days prior to the arrival date associated with the reservation.
2. Any booking that is covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date associated with the reservation shall receive a Standard Resort Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation, less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees
3. Any booking not covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date associated with the booking shall receive a Standard Resort Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation less processing fees.
4. Any booking not covered by Waco Surf Trip Protection that is canceled within 7 days of the first surf associated with the booking shall receive no refund or Resort Credits.

Standard Resort Credits must be used within the calendar year in which they are offered and are subject to availability. Standard Resort Credits shall be issued in the dollar amount of the booking cost plus taxes less fees. Any Standard Resort Credit reservations not covered by additional Waco Surf Trip Protection shall not be entitled to any resort credit or refunds.

Should surf be canceled by the resort for any reason, the customer will be offered a Priority Resort Credit for future use. Priority Resort Credits must be used within 36 months of issuance. Waco Surf is in no way financially responsible for any travel costs or fees acquired in the rare event that the resort must be shut down due to local or federally mandated closures, and/or unforeseen mechanical, safety or weather-related reasons. 

Individuals acknowledge that the use of Resort Credits is subject to availability and that Waco Surf has no obligation to ensure availability at preferred time of booking.

REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
All sales are final. No refund or rescheduling is permitted unless Waco Surf Trip Protection is purchased AT THE TIME OF SALE. Any add-ons (including but not limited to food or merchandise) not redeemed during your visit cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied to a future visit.

WACO SURF TRIP PROTECTION POLICY
Waco Surf Trip Protection must be purchased at the time of purchase, and be selected for each item individually. Waco Surf Trip Protection allows for cancellations or rescheduling (subject to availability) as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds or Resort Credits will be for the full amount of the booking, less the Waco Surf Trip Protection and processing fees.  Waco Surf Trip Protection is voided if 1) guest(s) arrive and checks in, or 2) guest(s) are no-shows.

COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY
Our surf lagoon, cable park and water park operate rain or shine, and all sales are final. By not purchasing Trip Insurance you understand that you may not be entitled to receive a refund or reschedule for any reason should you cancel or no-show.

Surf sessions may be canceled due to severe weather or in the rare case of local or federal mandates. Should Waco Surf cancel surf sessions for any reason, the customer will be offered a Priority Resort Credit for future use.
Waco Surf is in no way financially responsible for any travel costs or fees acquired in the rare event that the surf must be shut down due to local or federally mandated closures, and/or unforeseen mechanical, safety or weather-related reasons.

Guests who are asked to leave the premises will not be offered a Resort Credit or refund for their purchase and could have their account marked for future attempted purchases.

All Resort Credits have a one time use.
